My Lamp Keeps Turning Off
If your Jellyflow lamp turns off unexpectedly, the issue is likely related to the lamp mode setting.
Most Common Cause: Wrong Mode Selected
Your lamp has two modes:
- Outside Mode: Turns off after 20 seconds of inactivity (sound sensor active)
- Inside Mode: Turns off after 20-30 minutes (battery conservation)
Solution: Make sure your lamp is set to "Inside Mode" for longer operation. Press the mode button to switch between modes.
Other Things to Check
- Battery Level: Make sure your lamp is fully charged
- Power Connection: If using the charging cable, ensure it's securely connected
- Mode Reversal: Some lamps have modes programmed in reverse—try the other mode
