My Lamp Keeps Turning Off

Unexpected shutdown does not have one universal cause. Identify the lamp and version using information already provided before suggesting a control sequence.

For the current rechargeable Floating Jellyfish Lamp, check only the relevant visible basics: whether it has charge, whether its charging connection is secure and undamaged, and whether the current version's documented button or remote settings explain the behavior. Follow the included manual; do not open the casing or invent charging-time requirements.

An older sound-activated lamp may have different documented modes and timers. Do not assume all lamps turn off at 20 seconds or 20-30 minutes, say the controls are reversed, or promise a continuous mode without that version's manual.

Acknowledge the specific interruption before offering one useful, safe, documented step. Reuse completed troubleshooting. If the cause cannot be established, a short video can help support review the issue if the customer wants further assistance. A review does not mean a replacement has been approved or sent.
