Jellyfish Movement or Floating Problem

First identify the actual product. The current rechargeable Floating Jellyfish Lamp has a mechanical head and tentacles with an included pole/platform base. The separately sold Jellyfish Aquarium Lamp is a different product. Do not apply tank, air-flow or pump instructions across these products.

For the current mechanical lamp, use its included manual to check only the relevant assembly and controls. Check that the head, tentacles, pole and base are assembled as shown in that manual. Do not invent exact tentacle-hole locations or an air-flow system.

For a water-filled aquarium or another older product, use that product's own verified manual. If the correct instructions are unavailable, explain that support needs to check them rather than offering another model's procedure.

Use details already supplied. Ask for a short video only if it helps show the unexplained behavior. Do not request the order number again when it is already known. A support review is not an approved or completed remedy.
