Shipping Times & Delivery

Delivery is separate from processing#

The current shipping policy lists estimated delivery after processing:

• United States: 3-5 business days, shipping from the U.S. warehouse.
• Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and European Union: 7-12 business days, shipping from global warehouses.

These are published estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date for an individual order. Do not apply these estimates to a country not covered by the current policy or infer that an existing order has shipped.

Processing estimate#

Orders usually take 2–3 business days to process before shipping. Processing can take longer during busy periods or delays. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed dispatch deadline. Delivery time starts after dispatch, and tracking is emailed when your order ships.

Existing orders#

Use current order, fulfillment and carrier evidence for that same order. Missing tracking, a created label or an old scan does not prove transit, delivery or a reshipment. Do not ask whether a package arrived after the customer has already stated that it did not, unless later carrier evidence creates a specific reason to clarify a new development.

If an estimate has passed or tracking does not explain a delay, review the unresolved delivery concern and available remedy. Do not give another generic wait instruction instead of addressing a refund request.
