Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

We offer several options to resolve your concern:
Option 1: Replacement (Keep Original)
- We send you a new product of equal value
- You keep the original item
- Best for: Defective products
Option 2: 50% Refund (Keep Item)
- Receive 50% of your purchase price back to your original payment method
- Keep the product
- Fastest and most convenient option
Option 3: Full Store Credit
- Receive 100% of your purchase value as store credit
- Use toward any future Jellyflow purchase
- No return required
Option 4: Full Refund (10% Processing Fee)
- Receive a refund to your original payment method
- A 10% processing fee applies
- No return of item required
Defective Products
If your product is defective:
- Contact us with your order number
- Send a short video showing the issue
- We'll verify the problem and ship a replacement
After 30 Days
We cannot process returns or refunds after the 30-day window. For defective products outside this window, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
