We want you to love your Jellyflow lamp. Here's our policy for returns and refunds.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Refund Options

We offer several options to resolve your concern:

Option 1: Replacement (Keep Original)

  • We send you a new product of equal value
  • You keep the original item
  • Best for: Defective products

Option 2: 50% Refund (Keep Item)

  • Receive 50% of your purchase price back to your original payment method
  • Keep the product
  • Fastest and most convenient option

Option 3: Full Store Credit

  • Receive 100% of your purchase value as store credit
  • Use toward any future Jellyflow purchase
  • No return required

Option 4: Full Refund (10% Processing Fee)

  • Receive a refund to your original payment method
  • A 10% processing fee applies
  • No return of item required

Defective Products

If your product is defective:

  1. Contact us with your order number
  2. Send a short video showing the issue
  3. We'll verify the problem and ship a replacement

After 30 Days

We cannot process returns or refunds after the 30-day window. For defective products outside this window, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
