- Find your tracking number in the email
- Click the tracking link or visit 17track.net to track your package
Tracking Tips
- Updates may take time: Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to appear after shipping
- International shipments: May show limited updates while in transit between countries
- Multiple carriers: Your package may transfer between carriers during delivery
Common Tracking Statuses
- Label Created: Your order has been prepared for shipping
- In Transit: Your package is on its way
- Delivery Exception: There's an issue with delivery—contact the carrier
- Delivered: Your package has been delivered
Delivery Exception?
If your tracking shows a delivery exception:
- Contact the carrier directly for the fastest resolution
- They can provide specific details about the issue
- If you can't resolve it with the carrier, contact us
Haven't Received Tracking?
If you haven't received tracking information within 3-5 business days of ordering, please contact us with your order number.
