My package says delivered, but it's not here!

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early. If this happens, please wait one additional business day (excluding weekends and holidays), as it often shows up the next day. If it still hasn’t arrived, we recommend checking: - Around your property (porch, garage, side doors) - With neighbors or anyone in your household - With your local USPS, FedEx, or UPS Customer Center If you’re still unable to locate it, please reach out to us. We can file a claim with the carrier to investigate. Since the package is marked as delivered, carriers treat these as completed deliveries. Because of that, we’re not able to offer refunds for packages that are marked delivered. Carrier investigations can take time and may take several weeks or even months to resolve. In some cases, claims may also be denied. - If the claim is approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost. - If the claim is denied, we can still help with a discounted replacement so you’re not left empty-handed. If you’d prefer not to wait, feel free to reach out and we may be able to offer a discounted replacement right away. We can also require a signature on delivery (18+) for added security. Some credit cards offer purchase protection that may cover stolen packages, so it may be worth checking with your provider as well. If you are a UPS MyChoice Member, we can’t file claims for your orders. You will need to contact UPS directly for assistance.
