Sometimes, courier delivery vehicles with GPS may mark a package as 'delivered' too early. If this happens, please wait one additional business day (excluding weekends and holidays) because your package usually arrives the next day.
If it still hasn’t arrived, contact your local USPS, FedEx, or UPS Customer Center for help. If they can’t assist you or if you’ve already filed a claim, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help track your package.
If you are a UPS MyChoice Member, we can’t file claims for your orders. You will need to contact UPS directly for assistance.
