I checked my tracking number. Why hasn't my package moved?

We wish we could speed up your package delivery, but we can’t control delays during transit. Sometimes, carriers don’t scan packages when they pick them up from our warehouse, which can make it look like your package hasn’t moved. This happens more often during the holidays.

All international shipments must go through customs inspection once your package arrives in the destination country, which can take up to 60 days.
