Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays). If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.

If it’s still not there, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for them to post the refund.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund after 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the cancellation or refund email, please reach out to us at support@minikatana.com and we will do our best to assist you.
