If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, please let us know right away. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it for free. If it has already shipped, contact the courier to resolve any issues and let us know as well.
Make sure to include your apartment number and any other important details in your address, as we can’t ship your package correctly without them.
We aren’t responsible for lost packages due to address errors. If the courier returns your item because of this, you’ll be charged a resend fee and standard processing times will apply.
