What’s your return policy?
All return and exchange requests are handled through our returns portal. You can access it using this LINK.
To start a return, please submit your request within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its
original condition. Make sure to include your reason for the return and photos of the item in the portal. Just a
heads-up that we don’t cover return shipping costs.
For refunds, returned items must arrive unused and will go through a quick inspection. Once approved, we’ll refund the
item cost (shipping not included) to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
If you want to exchange or replace an item, please submit your request within 30 days as well. The item must be unused.
If you received something damaged, defective, or incorrect, just let us know through the portal as well.

Please note that sale items are final. They can’t be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Sale discounts also can’t be
applied to past purchases.
Orders that are delayed due to customs or government policies aren’t eligible for refunds or replacements. The same
applies to packages that are thrown away or destroyed because the customer refused to pay duties, taxes, or import fees.
If your package is returned to us, you’ll need to pay a resend fee and normal processing times will apply. If you prefer
a refund instead, we’ll issue it after we receive and inspect the items. The refund will be minus the original shipping
cost, return shipping, and any international fees we were charged—like storage, taxes, or unpaid customs.
