What’s your return policy?

To return an item, please reach out within 30 days of receiving the order. You need proof of purchase, and the item must be unused or in its original condition. Please include a reason for the return and photos of the item. Note that we do not cover return shipping costs. For assistance, contact our support team at support@minikatana.com. For refunds returned items must arrive unused and will undergo inspection. If approved, we’ll process the refund for the item cost (excluding shipping) to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. If you want to exchange or replace an item, please reach out within 30 days of receiving the order. The original item must be unused. If you believe you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, let us know. Please note that sale items are final. They can’t be returned, refunded, or exchanged. Sale discounts also can’t be applied to past purchases. Orders that are delayed due to customs or government policies aren’t eligible for refunds or replacements. The same applies to packages that are thrown away or destroyed because the customer refused to pay duties, taxes, or import fees. If your package is returned to us, you’ll need to pay a resend fee and normal processing times will apply. If you prefer a refund instead, we’ll issue it after we receive and inspect the items. The refund will be minus the original shipping cost, return shipping, and any international fees we were charged—like storage, taxes, or unpaid customs.
