Callixe products now come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
The warranty covers issues caused by a defect in the product or its components during normal use.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
If you experience an issue, please contact support with your order number and a photo or video showing the problem. This helps us confirm the issue and determine the best next step.
The 1-year warranty also applies to eligible orders placed before this update, as long as the purchase is still within 1 year.
Please note that our 90-day return and exchange policy remains unchanged. After 90 days, eligible manufacturer defects may qualify for a warranty replacement, but not a return or exchange.
