Callixe products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
The warranty covers issues caused by a defect in the product or its components during normal use.
It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
If you experience an issue, tell our team what happened in your current support conversation. If you have not contacted us yet, use the Help Center's chat or email options. We will review the order and request only the photo or video needed to assess the issue.
The 1-year warranty also applies to eligible orders placed before this update, as long as the purchase is still within 1 year.
The 90-day return window remains separate. After 90 days, eligible manufacturer defects may qualify for a warranty replacement, but not a return or exchange.
