The optional 2-year warranty applies only when that plan was purchased with an eligible order placed directly through callixe.com. It covers eligible functional issues and manufacturing defects during the plan's two-year coverage period from delivery, subject to its terms. Normal wear and tear from use is not covered.
Tell us about the issue in your current support conversation. Our team will check the order and plan, review the relevant photo or video evidence, and confirm whether a replacement or repair is approved. The two-year warranty does not extend the separate 90-day money-back return window.
