It depends on the type of refund. For an eligible, approved full refund, we refund the amount paid for the order, including the original shipping charge and any Shipping Insurance fee purchased.
When is it included?
- Approved full refund after a return: the refund includes the original shipping charge and any Shipping Insurance fee, as set out in our Return Policy.
- Approved cancellation before your order is processed or dispatched: we issue a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.
What about partial refunds? If you return only part of your order, or a return arrives in diminished condition (for example, with missing components or used materials), our team will review your request and confirm the refund amount. See our article "Can I return just part of my order?"
Think you were charged for Shipping Insurance by mistake? Shipping Insurance is optional and can be switched off in your cart before you check out. If you think it was added by mistake, email us at info@tobioshop.com with your order number, and we'll look into it for you. See our article "What is Shipping Insurance?"
When will I receive my refund? Once your refund is approved, we'll process it within 2–3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the funds.
