Refunds always go back to the original payment method used for your order, so we're not able to send a refund to a different card, account or payment method.
If your card was closed, lost or replaced
Please contact your bank or card provider. They can tell you how a refund to your old card will reach you.
If you paid with PayPal
Your refund will generally be returned through PayPal to your original payment method.
If you've opened a PayPal dispute regarding your order, please let our support team know. We'll review the payment status and help determine the appropriate next steps.
How long it takes
Once your refund is approved, we'll process it within 2–3 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the funds.
