Klarna is one of the payment methods listed in our Payment Policy, but it isn't available in every country. At the moment, Klarna isn't offered on our US checkout. The payment options available to you are always shown at checkout.
How do I check if Klarna is available for me?
- Add your items to your cart. Go to checkout and enter your shipping address.
- Look at the payment options. If Klarna is available for your country, you'll see it listed with the other payment methods.
- Choose another method if it isn't shown. You can pay with any of the other options shown at checkout, such as a credit or debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay or Apple Pay, depending on your country.
Who handles my Klarna payment plan?
If you pay with Klarna, Klarna's own terms apply to your payment plan. For questions about instalments, due dates or your Klarna account, please contact Klarna directly.
What happens if I get a refund?
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Once your refund is approved, we'll process it within 2–3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the funds.
