Every Watercolor Kit includes 12 watercolor paint tubes. If you received fewer than 12 tubes or two of the same color instead of another, we're happy to help!
Please check the items in your kit first, so our team can verify what's missing.

- Look in every compartment and inside the shipping bag, as tubes can slip under larger items.
- Lay all your tubes out in a row so you can count them and read each color name.
Still missing a color?

- your order number
- one photo of all your paint tubes laid out, with the color names showing
- which color is missing or doubled, if you know

Our team will review your request. If we confirm that a paint color was missing or duplicated in error, we'll arrange to send the correct paint at no additional cost. You generally won't need to return the affected tubes unless our team requests it.
