My paint tube won't open, or it leaked or was empty

Each paint tube has a little foil seal to keep your colors fresh.

To open a new tube

1. Unscrew the cap.
2. Carefully pierce or peel away the foil seal.
3. Squeeze softly from the bottom of the tube.

Please don't squeeze hard before the seal is open, as the paint can push out from the bottom of the tube.

Leaked, dried out or empty when it arrived?

Once our team confirms the issue, we'll send you a free replacement. You won't need to return the original unless we ask.
