My tracking link doesn't work, or I can't find my tracking number

No worries, here's how to find your tracking:

  1. Use our tracking page. Enter your order number and the email you used at checkout: https://tobioskits.com/apps/parcelpanel
  2. Give it up to 48 hours. New tracking numbers can take a day or two to show updates after your shipping email arrives, so "unable to track" usually just means it hasn't been scanned yet.
  3. Look for your shipping email. It has your tracking link. Check your spam or promotions folder and search for "Tobio's".
  4. Check your order status. If you haven't had a shipping email yet, your order may still be getting packed. Orders are processed within 6 to 48 hours.
