What should I do?#

1. Check your order confirmation. Make sure the item you received is different from what you ordered, including your selected kit option (blank sketchbook or Beginner Workbook) and any add-ons.

2. Take clear photos. Include a photo of the item you received and its packaging or shipping label, if available.

3. Submit a request through our Return Center. Include your order details and photos, ideally within 7 days of delivery.

4. Our team will review your request. Once we confirm that you received the wrong item, we'll send you the correct one free of charge.

Do I need to return the incorrect item?#
