Once a refund is approved, whether for a cancelled order, a return, or any other reason, it's processed within 2–3 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–7 business days for it to appear in your account.
For returns: your refund is approved once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Please allow up to 10 business days for this.
If you paid via PayPal, please close any open disputes so we can process your refund.
Note: Original shipping charges (if applicable) and Shipping Insurance fees are non-refundable.
