If your shipping information was correct at checkout:

We will send one free replacement for a lost parcel.

If the replacement is also lost, we can issue a refund minus the shipping costs for both attempts.
If incorrect shipping details were entered and not informed within 6 hours of ordering, the order is not eligible for replacement or refund.
If the carrier shows proof of delivery but the customer claims non-receipt, shipping costs cannot be refunded. If a product refund is granted, shipping costs will be deducted.
