I accidentally entered the wrong address on my order. What do I do?

Please reach out to us through our contact form ASAP. If the order hasn't been shipped, it's likely we can update the address.

If your order has already shipped and we weren't able to grab it in time, you will need to contact the shipping provider to find out if you can re-route the package to the correct address, as this can normally be done before the parcel arrives in your town.

If your order is returned to us, we can then ship it to you with the correct address - however, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
