Good question! We do our best to accommodate such requests, but we can't guarantee that we can catch them before they are fulfilled and shipped. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us via our contact form as soon as you can, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.
If an order is sent out before an incorrect address can be adjusted, we will alter the address, and will reship your parcel once it arrives back here. Please note that you are responsible for reshipping fees if the address error is on your end.
If an order is sent out before items within it can be altered in any way, you have two options:

Mark the parcel as "refused/return-to-sender," and the mail carrier should send it back to us without any return shipping costs. Please note that if an order needs to be altered due to an error on your end, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

Process this as a return/exchange via our online form, and once we receive it back here, we will process it as a usual return/exchange.
