Help! It's been an extended amount of time, and my tracking hasn't updated!

On occasion, parcels can become heavily delayed or lost while in transit. If you need to check the status of your parcel beyond what the tracking shows, please contact the mail service directly, as they may have additional insight that we don't.

If they deem the parcel as lost, then please contact us through our contact form ASAP so that we can file this with them. If you have SavedBy Package Protection, you are totally covered, and can file a claim with them for a replacement or full refund as well. Missing parcels must be reported to us within 30 days of the orders being shipped, as beyond this window, most shipping services will forfeit all responsibility. This goes for all domestic and international mail.
