HELP! My parcel's tracking hasn't changed for an extended period of time!

On occasion, parcels can become heavily delayed or lost while in transit. If you need to check the status of your parcel beyond what the tracking shows, please reach out to us through our contact form ASAP so that we can investigate this and file it with FedEx/DHL.

Missing parcels must be reported to us within 45 days of the orders being shipped, as beyond this window, FedEx and DHL will forfeit all responsibility. This goes for all domestic and international mail, and is especially important for international parcels. If the tracking remains the same for over a week, please don't hesitate to reach out!
