Oh no! We guarantee high-quality apparel free of manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or regular wear & tear, but we will happily replace items that arrive damaged or defective in any way.

Send us an email through our contact form along with the details and a photo showing the defect, and we will take care of you ASAP! (Our form doesn't initially allow you to attach photos, but you will be able to do so by replying to our automated email response.)

Please note that due to our stock limitations, these cases must be reported within 30 days of receiving your purchase (though a few exceptions apply).
