How do I return or exchange an item?

We’ve made returns and exchanges easy so you can shop with confidence. Here’s exactly how it works: 🔄 Step 1: Start in Our Returns Center 1. Go to our Returns Center 2. Enter your email address used at checkout 3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange 4. Choose whether you’d like a refund, exchange, or store credit (U.S. only for exchanges) 🇺🇸 U.S. Customers - Once your request is approved, you’ll get a prepaid return label - Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier - Exchanges: As soon as your return package is scanned by the carrier, we’ll ship your replacement item right away (no need to wait for us to receive it!) - Refunds: Issued to your original payment method once your return is processed 🌍 International Customers - Exchanges are not available for international orders—you’ll need to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size/style you’d like - You are responsible for return shipping costs - Mail your item(s) back using your preferred carrier, and keep your tracking number for reference - Duties and taxes collected at checkout are non-refundable 🚫 Final Sale Items Items marked Final Sale at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange. 🧭 TL;DR - Start at the Returns Center with your order number + email - U.S.: Free prepaid label, instant exchange shipping when scanned, refunds/credits easy - International: Returns only (customer covers shipping; re-order separately for exchanges) - Final Sale: No returns or exchanges

How long will my refund or exchange take?

Thanks to our instant exchange process: - As soon as your return package is scanned by the carrier, we ship out your replacement—no need to wait until it arrives back at our facility. - Your exchange ships at the same speed as your original order.
