We want you to love your Neat gear. If it’s not the right fit, don’t sweat it—we’ve made returns and exchanges simple.


📅 30-Day Return Window

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery as long as they are:

  • Unused and unwashed (trying them on is perfectly fine 👍)

  • In their original condition with tags attached


🚫 Final Sale Items

Please note: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any product marked as final sale at checkout is yours to keep.


🇺🇸 U.S. Returns & Exchanges

  • Free and easy—we’ll provide a prepaid return label

  • Exchanges: We’ll send your replacement once the original item is received

  • Refunds: Issued back to your original payment method


🌍 International Returns

  • International customers may return items, but exchanges are not available

  • To get a different size or style, you’ll need to place a new order

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Bonus: We offer store credit bonuses on returns to help offset cost of exchange.
