Can I cancel my order?

Changed your mind? No problem — here's how it works depending on where your order is.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet#

You can cancel and be refunded straight away through the Chat function on our website — the quickest way to get it done yourself.

If your order has already been dispatched#

You're welcome to return it. Items can be returned unopened within 30 days for a full refund.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your full refund.

Cancelling a subscription (not a one-off order)#

Subscriptions are managed in your account:

1. Log in to your account on our website — enter your email and an access code will be sent to you.
2. Go to the Manage Subscription page.
3. Select the subscription item.
4. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click Cancel subscription.
