Australia Shipping Rates
Orders below $100 AUD - $15 standard shipping
Orders above $100 AUD - FREE standard shipping
Subscription orders below $100 - $5 standard shipping
Subscription orders above $100 - FREE standard shipping
Express Shipping - $20 express shipping (AusPost Express)
Although we will do our best to dispatch orders the same day they are placed or next business day, please allow up to 5
working days for processing as we have a high volume of orders at the moment. We will do our best to keep you updated if
there are any delays.
All tracking information will be provided through our system directly to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Within Australia, we generally ship with Australia Post. In the Eastern States this is usually a next business day
dispatch and delivery times are usually within 3 days in the eastern states, or up to 2 weeks if going to Western
Australia.
UK Shipping Rates
Please Note: We currently hold stock for our supplement and skincare range in the UK, so if all items in your order are
available in the UK then your order will be shipped from there with the following rates:
Orders below £50 GBP - £5 shipping (Royal Mail 48)
Orders above £50 GBP - FREE shipping (Royal Mail 48)
Please Note: Sometimes stock may run out for our supplements and skincare too, which will result in your order being
shipped from Australia with the rates below. You will be able to see this on the checkout page.
All other items (food, merchandise and most bundles) will be sent from our warehouse in Australia, with the following
shipping rates:
Orders below £75 GBP - £15 standard shipping
Orders above £75 GBP - FREE standard shipping
Please Note: Orders from Australia may incur customs and import duties upon arrival in the UK if they are at a value of
£135 or more. We are unable to cover these charges, and customers are responsible for paying them.
All orders containing any product that is not available in the UK, are shipped from our Australian warehouse, meaning
your whole order will be shipped from Australia if food products are added to your order.
Tracking details are provided via email once the parcel has been shipped.

EU Shipping Rates

All orders containing any product that is not available in the UK, are shipped from our Australian warehouse, meaning

Please Note: some countries charge for commercial goods valued greater than a certain amount, and VAT and customs duties
may be charged at the border of your country before your order is released to you. If you'd like to avoid this, please
ensure that the total value of your order is no greater than that allowed under the tax threshold of your country, as we
are not able to cover these costs.

All orders being shipped outside of Australia with a value over $150 receive free shipping, while orders under this
value include a flat rate shipping fee of $25.
International subscription orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $15 for orders under $150, and free above that.

International orders are sent with Australia Post and end up with your standard national carrier. All tracking
information will be provided through our system directly to your email.
