My tracking says 'no information' What's going on?

You've ordered, you've got a tracking number, and it's telling you... nothing. No movement, no updates, just "no information available, please try again tomorrow."

Here's what's actually happening.

It's more normal than it looks
Tracking numbers for Parcel Force 48 and Royal Mail don't always update in real time. The parcel can genuinely be moving through the network while the online tracker sits blank for a day or two. It's a courier-side lag, not a sign your order is lost.

What to do

  1. Give it another working day before assuming something's wrong, most "no information" trackers resolve themselves.

  2. Still nothing after that? Email us at hi@grow-gang.com with your order number and we'll chase it up with the courier directly.

A quick reassurance
We ship every order promptly. A quiet tracker almost always means "still in transit," not "lost." If it turns out something has gone wrong, we can sort it out.
