How to Start a Return

We'll send you a pre-paid return label (we cover the cost of return shipping)

Pack the item in its original packaging

Drop it off at your local Post Office — or if you don't have a printer, we'll include a QR code you can show to Post Office staff

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund
