Ordered E27 when you needed B22, or the other way around? No problem — we can sort that out for you.
How to exchange for the correct fitting
As long as you're within your 90-day risk-free trial period, here's how it works:

Email us at hi@grow-gang.com with your order number and let us know which fitting you need instead.

We'll send you a free prepaid return label (and a QR code if you don't have access to a printer).

Drop the bulb off at your local Post Office in its original packaging.

Once we've received your return, we'll send out the replacement with the correct fitting.
Tips to avoid ordering the wrong fitting

E27 (screw): the bulb screws in. Most common in modern lamps and all Grow Gang fixtures.

B22 (bayonet): the bulb pushes in and twists to lock with two small pins. Traditional UK fitting.
If you're not sure, check the bulb currently in your lamp or look for a label on the fixture itself. And if you're buying a bulb to use with a Grow Gang fixture (floor lamp, Stelo, or Claria), you'll always need E27.
Keep the original packaging
Please hold onto the box your bulb arrived in, it makes returns much easier and keeps the bulb protected in transit.
