What is considered damaged or defective?
A defective product does not work properly because of a design or manufacturing error. A damaged product, however, has
been harmed during shipping, either to our warehouse or to your home.
Since our products are handmade, there may be minor differences in color, texture, and size. These variations are normal
and add to each item’s charm; they don’t affect the quality or function.
