What does it cost to return an item?

You’ll need to cover the shipping costs to return your item, and unfortunately, those costs aren’t refundable. If you get a refund, it will only include the price of the item(s) you ordered.

If you're returning an item worth over $75, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return, so if it gets lost, you’ll need to file a claim with the courier and share it with us.
