What’s your return policy?

To return an item, please reach out within 30 days of receiving the order. You need proof of purchase, and the item must be unused or in its original condition. Please include a reason for the return and photos of the item. Note that we do not cover return shipping costs. For assistance, contact our support team at support@minikatana.com.

For refunds returned items must arrive unused and will undergo inspection. If approved, we’ll process the refund for the item cost (excluding shipping) to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

If you want to exchange or replace an item, please reach out within 30 days of receiving the order. The original item must be unused. If you believe you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, let us know.

Please keep in mind that sale items cannot be returnedrefunded, or exchanged, and sale discounts do not apply to previous purchases. Additionally, orders delayed by customs or government policies are not eligible for refunds or replacements, nor are packages if the customer refuses to pay duties, taxes, or import fees.
