We process and dispatch orders fast — typically within 24 hours Monday – Thursday so there's a narrow window to make changes.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@etrnl.com.au with your order number and what you need changed. We'll do our best but can't guarantee changes once an order is in fulfilment.

If your order has already been dispatched, we're unable to cancel or modify it — but our 90-day exchange and return policy means you're not stuck. Head to our Exchange & Returns Portal once it arrives.
