What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer Afterpay or Zip?

Yes — both Afterpay and Zip are available at checkout, letting you split your purchase into interest-free instalments. Simply select your preferred option at checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order. If you're a new Afterpay or Zip customer, you may need to create an account with them directly before completing your first purchase.

Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?

If you forgot to enter your code, reach out to us at support@etrnl.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and the code you meant to use. We'll get you sorted with manually applying the discount code retroactively to your order. Tip: If you haven't subscribed yet, sign up to our email list and get 10% off your first order — the discount code is sent straight to your inbox.

How do I use a gift card?

Gift cards can be redeemed at checkout by entering the gift card code in the discount/gift card field. The value will be applied to your order total automatically. Gift cards are valid for any product on the site and don't expire. If your order total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays on the card for future use. If you're having trouble redeeming a gift card, email us at support@etrnl.com.au with the gift card code and your order details and we'll sort it out. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process and dispatch orders fast — typically within 24 hours Monday – Thursday so there's a narrow window to make changes. If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@etrnl.com.au with your order number and what you need changed. We'll do our best but can't guarantee changes once an order is in fulfilment. If your order has already been dispatched, we're unable to cancel or modify it — but our 90-day exchange and return policy means you're not stuck. Head to our Exchange & Returns Portal once it arrives.

I was charged incorrectly — what do I do?

If you believe there's been an error with the amount charged to your account, get in touch with us straight away at support@etrnl.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll review it and resolve it as quickly as possible. It's worth noting that some payment methods (particularly buy-now-pay-later like Afterpay and Zip) may show pending charges or split payment schedules that can look unexpected — check your payment plan details first before reaching out.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

Our rings are packaged beautifully as standard — every order arrives ready to gift. If you'd like to include a personalised message or have specific gifting requests, reach out to us at support@etrnl.com.au before or just after placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate. For a truly personal touch, consider adding engraving to your ring — a name, date, or message laser-engraved on the inside of the band.
