You have 90 days from the date of purchase to exchange or return any item — no questions asked.
The 90-day window applies to AU, NZ and international orders alike.
One exception worth knowing: We understand that customers buying metal wedding rings sometimes order 6 or more months in advance of their wedding day.
If you're outside the 90-day window but your ring is genuinely unworn — sizing tags still attached, in perfect, brand new condition — reach out to us at support@etrnl.com.au and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange or return for you.
We'll assess each situation on a case by case basis, but we'd rather sort you out than leave you with a ring that doesn't fit.
