Easy — here's how it works:

Head to our Exchange & Returns Portal and follow the prompts

Select the item you want to exchange and the new size you need

Send your ring back to us in clean, "like new" condition
-
We'll dispatch your new size as soon as we receive it
For Australian customers — exchange postage is on us, both ways. No cost to you.
For New Zealand customers — send your ring back to our NZ address and we'll cover the rest:

For all other international customers — you'll need to cover the cost of returning the ring to our Melbourne warehouse:
