How do I exchange my ring for a different size?

Easy — here's how it works:

1. Head to our Exchange & Returns Portal and follow the prompts

2. Select the item you want to exchange and the new size you need

3. Send your ring back to us in clean, "like new" condition

4. We'll dispatch your new size as soon as we receive it

For Australian customers — exchange postage is on us, both ways. No cost to you.

For New Zealand customers — send your ring back to our NZ address and we'll cover the rest:

For all other international customers — you'll need to cover the cost of returning the ring to our Melbourne warehouse:
