If you want to just create and save the workout as a template but do not want to perform the workout then and their, the best option would be to set the workout up in the web portal. Tap select or create new workout then search for the exercises you want to add or use the icons o quickly find exercises. You can select multiple exercises at the same time, then press 'add' to add them all to the workout.
A single tap on each exercise allows you to select to add a programming block of your choosing or to select from our testing templates. Tap the header of each column to change your programming preferences. Tapping the bullet list icon lets you add a rest timer, and the + button adds an extra block of sets to that exercise.
Swiping left will also allow you to delete an exercise, swiping right will allow you to combine the exercise to create a superset, and tapping and holding will allow you to drag an exercise to change the order. Tap Edit to add more exercises. You can also long press on each exercise to delete or swap for another exercise.
Hit save, and the workout will be created.
