Creating a workout

Last updated on Apr 30, 2026

Whether you have a single-user or organisation account, you can create workouts in the application and the web portal. If you have an athlete login as part of an organisation, the view in the app will be similar to a single-user account.

Single user (in app)

In the app, tap Profile > Workout templates and tap the + symbol. If it's your first time creating a workout, tap where it says "Templates". Workouts created here will be saved as workout templates. If you want to create a workout on the fly, go to the training tab and create a workout from there.

Add your workout details and tap 'select first exercise'. Use the search function or the icons to narrow down your search for your chosen exercises. Tap each exercise you want to put into your workout and then tap 'Add' in the top right.

A single tap on each exercise opens the programming detail information. Tap the header of each column to change your programming preferences. Tapping the check box icon lets you add a rest timer, and the + button adds an extra block of sets to that exercise.

Swiping left will also allow you to delete an exercise, swiping right will allow you to combine the exercise to create a superset, and tapping and holding will allow you to drag an exercise to change the order. Tap Edit to add more exercises. You can also long press on each exercise to delete or swap for another exercise.

Hit save, and the workout will be added to your workout templates. You can always decide to add the programming part of the workout when you want to train.
