Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Free from perfume, deodorant, or other products

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Intimates and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags

Return Shipping

• Domestic returns: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• International returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
