This policy applies to Elavure apparel, including shirts and polos.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your order and would like to return or exchange your merchandise for a replacement or refund, please contact us at info@elavure.com for instructions.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of package delivery.
Restocking Fees
Restocking fees apply to returns:
- Standard orders: $10 restocking fee
- Orders over $100: 10% restocking fee
- These fees can be waived if you choose store credit
Refund Timing
Your refund will typically arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. If you experience issues after the refund is processed, please contact your bank for support.
Order Issues
If your order contains missing or wrong items, or if it arrives defective, contact us at info@elavure.com. We will gladly issue a full refund or free replacement for the inconvenience.
Important notes:
- We may ask for further evidence or proof to validate a defect or order issue.
- We do not provide full refunds or replacements for damage caused by human error, including accidental drops, water damage, heat damage, or similar misuse.
- You have 30 days from delivery to report a defective item or another issue with your order.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us at info@elavure.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please note: we cannot cancel or change an order if it has already been processed for shipment, even if that happens before the 24-hour window ends.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
- Lost in shipment: we will issue a replacement to be sent.
- Delivered but not found: we'll work to resolve the situation before considering a replacement.
- Wrong address or name: contact your local post office; no refund is available, and a replacement fee may apply.
- Old address: contact your local post office to request forwarding.
- Refused delivery: no refund will be provided.
