Change or Cancel Your Order

Need to make changes to your order? We're here to help, but please act quickly as orders are processed fast.

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can request a cancellation if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you'll need to follow our return process instead.

To cancel your order: Contact our support team immediately with your order number. We'll do our best to cancel it before it ships.

Can I Modify My Order?

If your order hasn't shipped, we may be able to:

  • Change the shipping address
  • Remove items from the order
  • Update contact information

We cannot:

  • Add items to an existing order (please place a new order)
  • Change sizes or colors (please cancel and reorder, or exchange after delivery)

My Order Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped:

  • Wrong address? Contact us immediately - we may be able to intercept the package
  • Want to cancel? You'll need to wait for delivery and then request a return
  • Need different items? Request an exchange once you receive your order
