Need a different size or color? We can help with a simple exchange.

Exchange Window

For Elavure apparel, exchange requests should be made within 14 days of package delivery.

How Preference Exchanges Work

For size, color, or version changes by preference:

1. Contact us with the item you ordered and the size/color/version you want instead.
2. Our team checks availability and confirms the correct exchange path.
3. If the exchange is approved, you can usually keep the original item.
4. We send a small processing/shipping invoice before the replacement is processed.

Standard Exchange Fees

• Orders under $100: $10 processing fee, plus standard replacement shipping when applicable.
• Orders $100 or more: 10% processing fee, plus standard replacement shipping when applicable.

Wrong, Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

If the issue was our mistake or a supplier/fulfillment issue, do not use the preference-exchange fee path. Contact us with photos or video evidence and our team will review it for a free replacement or refund path.

• Your order number if available
• The item you received
• The size/color/version you want instead
• The reason for the exchange
• Photos if you received the wrong, damaged, defective, or missing item
