After approval, refunds are usually issued within 1-2 business days. Once issued, the refund normally appears on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

What May Affect the Amount

Depending on the situation, approved refunds may account for:

• Restocking or processing fees for standard preference returns
• Store-credit alternatives when chosen
• Original shipping, which is not refunded unless the return is due to our error
