Return shipping: Varies by location
Return processing: 3-5 business days after receipt
Refund issued: 1-2 business days after approval
Appears on statement: 5-10 business days (depends on bank)

Most customers see their refund within 10-15 business days from when we receive the return.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/debit cards: Credited back to the same card
- PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account
- Other methods: Returned via the same method used
What's Refunded
- Full item price (for approved returns)
- Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error
Tracking Your Refund
- Check your email - We send confirmation when your refund is processed
- Check your bank - Look for the refund on your statement
- Contact us - If it's been more than 15 business days and you haven't received your refund
