Refund Processing Times

Here is what to expect once an Elavure refund is approved and processed.

Refund Timeline#

An approval is not proof that a refund has been issued. Once the approved refund is successfully processed, bank posting normally takes 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Do not promise an unsupported 1-2-business-day processing deadline.

Refund Method#

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

What May Affect the Amount#

Depending on the situation, approved refunds may account for:

• The actual case-specific partial-refund terms confirmed by support; an older physical-return fee schedule does not establish a returnless refund amount
• Store-credit alternatives when chosen
• Original shipping, which is not refunded unless the return is due to our error

Keep the items#

Elavure has no receiving facility for customer returns. Customers keep the items; support does not request physical returns or provide a return address. Support can offer a partial refund or replacement after reviewing the case. The amount, terms and customer agreement must be confirmed; no fixed refund percentage or automatic entitlement is established by this operating practice. A rejected offer is not an accepted settlement. Statutory rights remain applicable.
