Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

Received something that isn't right? We're sorry for the inconvenience and will make it right.

Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damage and packaging
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and photos in your message

We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item:

  1. Don't worry - mistakes happen and we'll fix it
  2. Contact us with your order number and a photo of what you received
  3. Keep the item until we provide return instructions

We'll send the correct item and arrange for the wrong item to be returned at our expense.

Missing Items

If items are missing from your order:

  1. Check your order confirmation to verify what was ordered
  2. Check the packaging thoroughly - items can sometimes be tucked in corners
  3. Contact us with your order number and which items are missing

We'll investigate and either ship the missing items or issue a refund.

Partial Orders

Sometimes orders ship in multiple packages. Check your shipping confirmation to see if your order is arriving in separate shipments.
