info@tobioshop.com along with a photo of the damaged or defective item, and the batch code you can find at the back of
the box. This will help us investigate the issue and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Once we receive your message, we’ll arrange a solution right away. In most cases, we’ll send you a free replacement or
compensation to make up for the inconvenience.
