Can I cancel my order?

We can cancel your order only if it hasn’t been fulfilled or shipped yet. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at info@tobioshop.com within 6 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order may already be processing and we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you can wait for it to arrive and request a return within 60 days of delivery.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days after approval. The funds usually appear in your account shortly after. If you paid via PayPal, please close any open disputes so we can process your refund.

I received a damaged or defective product. What now?

We’re so sorry to hear that your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition! Please send us a quick message at info@tobioshop.com along with a photo of the damaged or defective item, and the batch code you can find at the back of the box. This will help us investigate the issue and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Once we receive your message, we’ll arrange a solution right away. In most cases, we’ll send you a free replacement or compensation to make up for the inconvenience. Our goal is for you to enjoy your kit exactly as it was intended, so rest assured we’ll take care of this quickly and with no extra cost to you 💛

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 60 days from the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all components included. Bundles must be returned in full. To start a return, email us at info@tobioshop.com with your name, order number, the reason for the return, and a photo of the items you received, our team will then send you all the return instructions. Please notice that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
