How long does delivery take?

Our standard delivery times are typically 7-10 days. While packages sometimes arrive a little sooner, it’s always a good idea to allow for the full 7-10 days just in case there are any unexpected delays with the shipping company. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey. If it's been more than 10 days and your order seems delayed, please don’t hesitate to contact us, we’ll be happy to check on it for you and make sure it gets to you safely 💛

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to see the latest updates from the shipping company. If you don’t see the email, please check your Spam or Promotions folder, sometimes our messages hide there. Still can’t find it? No worries! Just contact us and we’ll be happy to share your tracking details with you 💛

My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

If your order is still within 10 business days, it’s likely on the way. However, if it’s taking longer than that, please contact us and we will: - Check the tracking status for you. - Contact the shipping company if needed. - Arrange a replacement if the package is lost.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Currently, we are working on solutions for Alaska, Hawaii, and remote islands. If you’re unsure, contact us before placing your order.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order to update your address. Please note that if you did not purchase Shipping Insurance and contact us after the 6-hour window, your parcel has likely already been processed and you may no longer be eligible for a replacement or refund. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we will not be able to process any changes or redirections. If you purchased the Shipping Insurance, we will issue a replacement order for you free of charge.

What if my order is lost or there’s a delivery issue?

If your shipping information was correct at checkout: - We will send one free replacement for a lost parcel. - If the replacement is also lost, we can issue a refund minus the shipping costs for both attempts. If incorrect shipping details were entered and not informed within 6 hours of ordering, the order is not eligible for replacement or refund. If the carrier shows proof of delivery but the customer claims non-receipt, shipping costs cannot be refunded. If a product refund is granted, shipping costs will be deducted.
